Intellectual property and copyright

All Clean Miami INC d/b/a Profalia is the exclusive owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights over the platform and its contents, including but not limited to:

• Código fuente, software, algoritmos y arquitectura técnica de la plataforma.
• Diseño gráfico, logotipos, marcas, tipografías, iconos y elementos visuales.
• Bases de datos, estructura de datos, selección y disposición de contenidos.

The trademarks, trade names and logos of Profalia are registered or in the process of being registered. Unauthorized use is expressly prohibited.

Personal and non-commercial use of the platform content is permitted under the following conditions:

• El contenido no se modifica de ningún modo.
• Se incluye un aviso de copyright visible en toda reproducción.
• No se utiliza con fines comerciales sin autorización previa por escrito.
• No se da a entender que Profalia respalda o patrocina el uso del contenido.

It is expressly prohibited, without prior written authorization from Profalia:

• Reproducir, copiar, distribuir, transformar o comunicar públicamente los contenidos de la plataforma.
• Realizar scraping, data-mining o extracción masiva de datos de la plataforma.
• Usar los logotipos o marcas de Profalia de forma que induzca a confusión o desprestigio.
• Sublicenciar, vender o explotar comercialmente cualquier parte del servicio o sus contenidos.
• Reproducir el código fuente o la arquitectura técnica de la plataforma.

Users and professionals retain ownership of the content they publish on the platform (photos, descriptions, ratings). However, by posting content on Profalia, you grant All Clean Miami INC d/b/a Profalia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such content in the context of the service.

This license ends when the user deletes their content from the platform, unless said content has been shared with third parties before its deletion.
